An agent override is the share of merchant reward activity credited to the sales agent who enrolled the merchant. In Prestige Rewards, agents earn tiered overrides of 5–20% of their merchants’ points, by book size — funded by the platform, never deducted from merchant rewards.
The override ladder climbs with the agent’s book: Bronze (1–25 merchants) earns 5%, Silver (26–100) earns 10%, Gold (101–500) earns 15%, and Platinum (501+) earns 20% — and a new tier applies to the entire book, so growth compounds.
Overrides give agents a second income stream alongside residual splits, denominated in the same rewards catalog their merchants earn from.
